Life Covenant Church, Inc.
Limited Public Interest Objection Ground
Possible Lack of Ecumenical Mindset

Life Covenant's Church "About" page has this as it's first paragraph of text:
"LifeChurch.tv wants to make a lasting difference in your life, in our community, and in the world. How do we go about that? By leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. That's the driving purpose behind everything we do."
I am concerned that Life Covenant Church will not allow non-Christian churches/religious organizations to register domains under the gTLD. I know that it's not just Christians that use the term "church" to talk about their religious organizations. I am a member of Ordo Templi Orientis and Ecclesia Gnostica Catholica, also known as the Gnostic Catholic Church - a Thelemic organization.
Additionally, there are organizations that use the term without any ties to Christianity such as Buddhist Churches of America, Unitarian Universalist Association, the Church of Satan.
Finally, I am also concerned that being in charge of the gTLD may also mean that funds will funnel to Life Covenant Church, thereby funding things that are objectionable or distasteful to other organizations that use the term. It is my belief that a secular organization should manage the gTLD.
